Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy, please call or message as soon as possible if you know you can’t make your appointment, so that you can reschedule.
- I do charge 50% of the service for no-shows.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours, a 30% fee will be charged but will be used towards your next appointment if you book within a week.
- If you arrive 15 mins late and there is a client after you, it will result in a shortened service, or the need to reschedule.
- If for any reason I have to cancel your appointment, 15% will be deducted from your rescheduled service.
